10-017289 1645 hrs Burglary Auto 3200 Old Boynton Rd

Victim returned to vehicle after shopping at Walmart and stated that while she was walking to her vehicle from a distance she saw 2 unknown black males running from the area in which she was parked. Victim advised that the only items missing from the vehicle were misc. unknown compact discs (apprx 25.00).



10-017295 1700 hrs Burglary Residence 504 East Gateway blvd

Victim discovered that a window leading into the N/W side of the residence was opened. This window was closed when she left in the morning. Victim stated that numerous drawers were opened inside her mother's room but is unsure of anything missing due her mother being in Haiti for two weeks. Victim stated the only thing she knows is missing is her Gateway Athlon AMD laptop. Crime scene on the window was negative for latent prints in the area of the window. There is no suspect information.



10-0017303 1841 hrs Resisting Arrest W/O 419 West Ocean Ave

W/F Tammie Bohman was arrested for Obstruction after refusing to comply with Officers orders at the scene of a disturbance. She was processed and released with an NTA.



10-017341 2130 hrs 900 North Railroad Ave Stolen Auto

Victim, B/M James Clemons (DOB 01/05/1965) stated that at approx. 2100 hours, his 1988 silver Mazda B2200 (F/L tag G130AZ) truck ran out of gas at 900 N. Railroad Ave. Clemons locked the car and left it at this location to get gas. Upon return at approx. 2130 hours, Clemons discovered that his vehicle was gone. There is no suspect information and a BOLO was entered into F/NCIC.
